Welcome GPC Scholarship Applicants!
The Grant Professional Certification Institute (GPCI) began offering the Grant Professional Certified™ (GPC) Exam in 2007. This year, thanks to donations from individuals and the American Association of Grant Professionals Foundation, scholarship funding is available for four individuals sitting for the GPC™ Exam in 2010.
Any individual interested in applying for a 2010 GPC™ scholarship is welcome to apply. Four scholarships are available at this time, but one of them is restricted to members of the American Association of Grant Professionals (AAGP). The other three are open to both AAGP members and non-members.
The deadline for submitting a 2010 GPC™ Scholarship application is Friday, April 30, 2010, by 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Awards will be announced by July 31, 2010 and may be applied retroactively to all 2010 exams held prior to announcement date.
All individuals awarded a 2010 GPC™ Scholarship must sit for the GPC™ Exam during one of the 2010 exam dates. To date, the following exams are set:
1. Indianapolis, IN on Saturday, March 20
2. St. Pete Beach, FL on Saturday and Sunday, November 6 and 7
Four additional exam sites/dates are expected for 2010, but specific details are not currently available. Continue to check the GPCI website, at www.grantcredential.org for additional testing sites and dates.
Terms of Award:
1) Any individual who is awarded the scholarship but fails to sit for the exam during 2010 is ineligible to use the scholarship.
2) It is the individual’s responsibility to qualify for the exam on the GPCI website, please visit: GPC Exam Qualification. Completing the scholarship application does NOT qualify you to sit for the exam

If you are awarded a scholarship, it will be in the form of a credit directly to GPCI for all or a portion of the GPC™ exam registration fees. You understand and agree that that the GPC™ scholarship has no cash value. You are responsible for covering your own transportation costs to the exam site, as well as any other expenses you might incur.
