Terms of Application

By submitting this application form online, you agree to the following:
  • If you are awarded the scholarship but fail to sit for the exam during 2010 you will forfeit the scholarship. 
  • It is the individual’s responsibility to qualify for the exam on the GPCI website, please visit: GPC Exam Qualification. Completing the scholarship application does NOT qualify you to sit for the exam.
  • The cost for sitting for the GPC™ Exam is $400 for AAGP members and $525 for non-members. If you are awarded a scholarship, it will be in the form of a credit directly to GPCI for all or a portion of the GPC™ exam registration fees. You understand and agree that that the GPC™ scholarship has no cash value. You are responsible for covering your own transportation costs to the exam site, as well as any other expenses you might incur.
  • You represent and affirm that the information you are providing on this form is accurate and complete, and acknowledge that the GPCI and AAGP Foundation will be relying on it in making a decision on your application for a scholarship.  
  • You understand and agree that we may contact the senior officer of your agency and/or the reference provided by e-mail or other means to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information you are providing. 
  • In the event of a GPC scholarship award, you agree that the GPCI, the AAGP and/or the AAGP Foundation may publish on their websites, in the AAGP Newsletter, and/or in any other electronic or print medium your name and other identifying information, announcing you as a GPC scholarship recipient.
